Some Sabres fans appear to be hoarders, they don't like to say goodbye to players on a sh^tty team, that has been sh*tty for quite some time. Besides Risto and Okposo everybody else stays.

It was the same way during the hugely successful (sarc) Miller, Vanek, and Pominville years.

I've been watching The Last Dance and Jerry Krause brought in players and sent out players that would build better teams not remain stagnant and hoard what wasn't working. That is what builds winners.

Pittsburgh was cool with the Jays playing there, but the state said no. I assume because they did not want to double the number of teams coming and going through Pittsburgh while cases were spiking.

Maryland offered to let the Jays use Camden starting in September, but the Jays didn't want to wait.

The Jays rejected FL for obvious reasons.

I don't know what other options they were exploring, but opening day is here, so they had to do something.
