Although I agree that I low-balled him, if he gets more than $4.25m per I'd be surprised. And I don't know who is doing those numbers, but I've noticed that they consistently go longer term with a bigger dollar figure. Usually if one goes up, the other goes down

I have no problem with him starting on the 3rd line, but I really don't worry about him starting on the 2nd either, everything I have seen and watched on Cozens just says he's got it, could be wrong, but seems to have that drive you want in players were he just won't let himself fail. Never have I seen that in Mitts, atleast not yet. Upgrades to the wings could be just as beneficial. If a Soderberg or Haula are brought in as backup that is fine because they can help with the PK to.

moves scrubs for picks or prospects while he can still get 70 cents on the dollar

drafted keller and chychrun right away

locks those two up with Schmaltz and Dvorak

when he screws up and trades for galy, flips him for kessel

not afraid to get a hall when the chance comes to get him

has a decent prospect pool after promoting a bunch of guys

moves his rentals and gets something for them

in touch with modern game

etc
