Codes is a good kid and a good poster, hopefully some time away just to reset. In all honesty, just my opinion, you have to be wound pretty tight to let anything that goes on in here bug you to the point you allow it to dictate how you operate your life.
It's just an internet chat room with folks you most likely will never meet. If their opinions rub you the wrong way, just ignore them. I do understand taking a break though, I've done it myself.
