Roussel Gaudette Ferland

Could be an entertaining line. Still think Mac needs a spot.

Motte Beagle MacEwen

Jake needs a wake up call & get over his slow starts in training camps.

They announced Mac is "unfit to play" and will be back in a week or maybe the week was a media assumption. I forget.

I'm of the opinion that Ferland will be more effective if he doesn't play every night. I realize everyone has had a long break, but it's different.

The depth will allow that. The big picture in his case is monitor him & give him a breather if not looking 100%. No rush imo

I'm happy he's feeling healthy enough to play. Here's hoping he stays healthy and is effective.

One issue is that playoff games can get long. I'm not sure how many minutes he can handle. I also wonder how far ahead he really is.

I get that these are the games you really want him for, just hoping for the best for him long term.

I agree though, slowly.

Gaudette gets sheltered minutes so I presume he will get the same til he’s fully up to speed. Even then they'll keep a close eye on him or relieve him as you suggest. MacEwen?

Motte has heart but he's injury prone and a small guy who can't intimidate. Maybe JV has a good game against the Jets slots into the bottom 6 vs the Wild. He's always a slow to start but once he gets moving that freight train is made for the playoffs.

Slow to start for him is not days but weeks or months even. We'll see what happens. Time isnt on his side though.

Ferland says it wasnt really the contact etc but think back to the last couple of times he had to leave games after saying he was good. A check. A fight. It really didnt seem like it was about what he described. Players move fast in practice. He would have those problems instead of being "good to go". Money is on him being out sooner than later.

Sutter is one extended stride away from a torn groin as always I'm sure. Jake will get his chance one way or another.

Crazy isnt it? Those days probably come across to his grand kids like the 10 mile walk in the blizzard being chased by wolves to get to school stories.

Great money player with the game on the line. Skill, Score, Yap, and Turtle with the best of them.

We needed a goal, or a spark, and Pat would put them out. Even when they where all playing on different lines, he would reunite them.

He sponsored our ball team. His restaurant was across from BC Place.

That was their second restaurant, the original was in Victoria across from the Memorial Arena (now Save On arena). It’s a car dealership now.

It’s going to be controversial, but I have bolts for the cup. They got embarrassed last year, not many left to compete.

Who’s your bet?

If Stamkos can't remain healthy the Bolts will have issues. But doubtful they are in in the first few rounds they should be a factor.
