I should have been more clear... they'll be looking to go after the guys who aren't all that fast so that they can either beat them to the puck or arrive at the same time the defender does with bad intent.

We have some physical, tough, mobile young D. My only real worry is that Staal is going to be owned in his own zone, generating chances for the Canes. I do like him for the playoff experience though.

See I'm not worried about Staal. He had a good season and honestly the break may be beneficial for him. He doesn't have to be perfect just good enough and not a liability
