Not a ghost fan. But he did look like he’s ready to go and knows he’s may be fighting for a spot. Also he had no hesitation in shooting the puck last night.

Was fun seeing Egor. Has some work to do but his first game since feb and in the nhl no less.

Hayes has offered a lot of things we were missing prior to him signing here but I’m not gonna overrate him. He’s not a stud or star but he’s a nice player. If you compared him to past two way centers in a Flyers uniform like Primeau, Richards, Handzus or Couturier, he’d be the worst one by a mile.

That’s a pretty distinguished set of players to compare him to. And I sure as heck am not putting down Schenn. But I just put more stock in 200 foot players that can put the puck in the net.

In all fairness I haven’t seen Schenn play much since he was traded. Number wise he is a solid contributor. So my opinion is just that. Nothing more SSB. I think coaches love guys like Coots and Hayes because those guys make your team so hard to play against. I rate guys like that pretty high.

Oh. By the way. I’m a self proclaimed homer for sure. Black and Orange goggles all the way. Haha.
