How about this one Wedgie. Trump insisted the Republican coronavirus aid package include $1.75B for a new FBI building. There’s also defence money to replace things where $ was diverted for the wall.

Why the FBI building? Well the building which is across the street from his hotel doesn’t look great. The original plan was to move it out to the beautiful dreamland suburbs but Trump nixed that because he doesn’t want an empty lot where a competitor might put up a hotel. So get the $ for the new building now as part of coronavirus.

However, in their government intervention attempts, a lot of times the Dems/liberals actually put plans into place which actually work out worse for blacks (e.g. minimum wage increases (Obama!), less policing in high-crime areas (more black deaths), shutting down attempts to get better education and shut down bad schools and get rid of bad teachers (hello influence of teachers' union who bring in a lot of dems' votes), etc. etc.

You have great intentions, but you cannot see that more intervention doesn't always mean better outcomes.

Perhaps I should read a book. Or maybe I helped develop Ontario’s first poverty strategy and know a little bit what I’m talking about.

But it’s probably more that I should just read one one your “It’s Ok, We’d Don’t Want any Help, Really We’re Ok” books. It’s probably written by a black economist so poop, I guess nobody can argue with it.
