Always helps. I was thinking during the game I wish Brassard could give Lee some of his speed. Lee had Butch getting on him but not getting the puck in deep during the closing moments of the game. - ses111
Lee was mostly invisible today. Except for the wrong reasons. |

Lee looks like he is getting slower if that is possible?
Lee cannot keep up with Barzal and needs to be with Nelson. |

He’s been brutal. It’s like he’s magnetically charged to connect with the ice. Seems like he’s always falling. Very disappointing. |

I watched a few minutes of the OT. Seemed like the Habs wanted it more. They were outskating the Pens for the most part. - JohnScammo
Not to worry the Pens will lose and get the #1 pick. |

Good for Lee but that 7 year contract is tough for the Isles.
Let's hope going after Lee works like it has for other Isles players. |

Drouin got a penalty shot in OT of that Habs-Pens game and flubbed it badly, losing control of the puck. |

What happened to the Oilers today - nyisles7
What happened to you yesterday? I was posting all kinds of outlandish sheet desperately seeking guidance from captain and his plastic parrot.
it's going to be hard to call you friends after you guys let me down like that.

Liked the way AB played. I also liked the way Bassard and JGP played...
I would consider or try in the first period on Tuesday,
Bassard-JGP-AB...Bump them up to second line.
Drop
Bailey-Nelson-Moose knuckle to third line.
Reason is Bassard, JGP and AB were your best forwards.
Barzal was non-factor in first game.
Lastly, Andy Green for Boychuck...Green better player. Should have been in the line
from the beginning. Mobility is key here. |

Did we lose the game ?
Is there reason to disrupt what just won your first game of this series 2-1?
I think the Islanders dominated the game except for a couple push backs from The Cats in the Second.
If it weren’t for Bob the game could have easily have been 4-1. |

What happened to the Oilers today - nyisles7
They came out expecting to win. Hopefully they now realize they actually have to play to win. |

So much talent. So little grit.
The Oilers are perfect trading partners with the Islanders. |
