Rangers are a true embarrassment.
Total Quit Job.
Should be banished from the bubble.
Glad you’re in the metro.
With you and jersey...that’s 8 wins in the bank before training camp even starts. Thanks! - bruceflyers
You know what else should be banished? You.
You're not the sort of Flyers fan (if you're even really a Flyers fan) who I would like to associate myself with. This is the board for Rangers fans, and they should be able to discuss their team in peace without ignorant jackwagonry imposed upon them by the likes of you. |

In all seriousness I want to thank you guys for being genuinely fun to talk to here and not just being a bunch of bumholes.
Like Isles fans in the playoffs last year, Rangers fans have been fun to engage with during these games.
Much more fun than those wienerhead Caps and Bruins fans (and writers). |

We try, but to a man, we wish the tables were tabled, New York was up 2-0 and we were the ones who had to be gracious to the opposing fans. |

so what kind of trade value does Georgiev even have at this point?
and if Lundqvist is higher on the food chain than Georgie why did Georgie play the last game in Colorado before the season went on pause? |

Maybe unfair but it looks to me like the Rangers made zero adjustments to their breakout. There's very little puck support from forwards and the D are having to either try to skate it out under duress or try a long pass that's working less than half the time.
Thus far they've had zero answer for the Canes 4th line, and the Hurricanes were able to just roll all four yesterday to keep the guys fresh. No forward played more than 17 minutes or less than 11. - BINGO!
This is yesterday in a nutshell...Rangers played a terrific first period and had mojo entering the second period tied 1-1...Smith takes a bad penalty, and 3 seconds later Hank lets in a floater to change the tide of all the good things they just did in the first. Result of that is deflate city, and game overs. They lose confidence in Hank and then turnover fest makes it 3-1.
I’ll continue to be evil 😈and blame him while he’s teflon to everyone else. It’s a (frank)ing joke how Hank gets no blame for yesterday
Oh and the Canes are a very good, if not great, team |

Too be honest, most of us here said that year 3 of the rebuild is where we would start to have higher expectations for NYR to compete. Unreal that Gorts/JD have taken this team so far in such a short period of time. Carolina is on of the favorites to win the Cup IMO, so get a win tonight, and lets get ready for the draft after we lose game 4 |

Fair. Fair. It'll come. There are some real good pieces on that Rangers roster and more coming, it'll just take another couple years. |

it's not like giving up early goals is just a freak occurrence in these two games, it's a regular Lundqvist quality that's been happening since the Ottawa series in 2017
March 1st vs the Flyers was last time Hank started a game, gave up a goal 1:52 into the game, another 1:50 into the 2nd period, Rangers were down 4-0 |

I can’t. I’m so done with him
Edit: That flyer game should’ve been the last time he put on a ranger jersey. It wasn’t his team anymore after that. He shoulda been keeping the press box all pretty |

Maybe, but it's also a joke how you think he's the only thing wrong with this team.
They have stunk for 2 games now, almost to a man. Ironically, the only one playing anywhere above a level of total poop is the guy you want to blame for 100% of their problems. |

Omg tony. I’m saying in that moment, tied 1-1....they ARE IN THE HOCKEY GAME...he lets that in??? Are you (frank)in kidding me? They had just played a terrific first period

Georgiev was the #1 goalie when Shesty was out |

Meant to comment on this train of thought yesterday...
I am confused by your mention of Georgie's trade value. Now is not the time. I suspect no playoff game goalie decision has EVER been made with raising someone's trade value in mind. Playoffs are about wins and losses. Period. |

Nope. I’m just saying that Hank is the reason this series was over before it started. People can’t grasp that he sucks now and is costing them games |

this is why I mention Georgiev's trade value, if he isn't good enough to play over a 38 year old who played twice since January 1st, then what does that say about his value? |

Nope Georgy should’ve played. And we can’t blame the prestigious Hank Lundqvist. Oh the horror of we do that. |
