As in, bottom two teams would be wild cards.

Top two teams in each division are playing for 1st and 2nd in their respective divisions.

Next highest seeded winner becomes 3rd in their division.

1st in Atlantic plays lowest 'wild card', etc.

You don't need to dress 7 d-men to achieve that last bit but I think platooning Sandin and Marincin covers all of your bases in a way that would be more effective than just suiting up one of them and hoping for the best. No way Sandin kills penalties anywhere near as effective as Marincin. No way Marincin provides any potential puck carrying capabilities near as effective as Sandin.

Rosen? Not sure if you want to gamble making him your choice as he's only played 4 games with the Buds and 12 games total this season. Sandin has played more than twice as much.
