Well if this is true have I ever been misdirected.
I keep thinking of that commercial, It's just sweet potato, those are the ones we get and they are bright orange inside.

Some sweet potatoes are creamy white. I wish I could find those ones, I love them. I think in the American south they have more of them.

Yeah! There they are. Sweet potatoes are goooood. I like yams too. I love potatoes in general. Baked, mashed, roasted, fried, shredded, I'm into it.

Yes I did cook the meal, my chef cousin did not help at all. I'm not in his league but this was relatively simple. Others did the serving/cleanup/babysitting so it wasn't hard at all. I arranged transport both ways for all my guests so no one had to drive. Hired a baby sitter so anyone with kids could bring them along.

This is my new mash potato jam. Boil the cubed potatoes with ten garlic cloves in the water. Drain, reserve some of the water for later. mash everything with a bunch of olive oil. Use cooking water to adjust consistency. Mash potatoes with no butter or milk. Love it.

The trick is to drink twice as much water as wine. This will not guarantee no headache but alcohol is a diuretic - it dehydrates you - this can cause a headache. So extra water when drinking is a potential remedy for headache and hangover. Side effect though - you will piss alot.
