Just as long as they don't get the 1OA pick, it is always fantastic seeing Toronto lose. |

Seems like so few hits in this game. It's fast, but definitely not heavy. - NewYorkNuck

I'm not sure? Tried to find it online, but can't find anything concrete. They've said a lot about "reseeding", but not exactly sure what that means – I thought it meant rearranging based on regular season points percentage. This is the only thing I could find, but not really a fan of it...

Wrong magic man that's a bracket draw not a re-seeding one. 1-4 after tournament gets matched from lowest to highest of the winners of the play-in. |

If Canucks beat MIN are they guaranteed to be the #5 team? I mean, having to play Avs, Blues, Stars or Knights doesn’t sound appealing, but playing which ever one of these teams drops down to #4 is best case... - 1970vintage
PO’s baby. Idc who it’s better in than not.

That says the winner of the Canucks vs Minnesota series will play the #2 seed, which hasn’t been determined yet. |

We are the 7 seed as of now. We can only play 1 2 or 3 seed. |

They said they will re-seed after the playin round. That means ordering the lowest seeded team lets say Hawks if they beat Oil against whoever wins the tournament rankings as #1. The chart posted was when they were doing brackets from the matchups to the tournament results. Its not a re-seeding. |

nope not if Yotes, Hawks and Flames win(possible now) as #7 in a re-seeding Canucks would then play #4 seed (possible Stars) from tournament.
The purpose of re-seeding after playin is to have a 1 through 8 for actual play-offs to start. Otherwise the tournament results mean less if its brackets seeding then 4 team could player the lower seed from play in winners and #1 winner could play the higher winner from playin. |

If Edmonton and Nashville lose, assuming we win, Canucks could jump up to the #5 seed and play the likely #4 seed in Dallas. |

^ This, if all the 2-1 leads are closed out, Canucks become the 5 seed.
It should be an advantage playing whoever loses the most in the round robin, but yeah, looking at the 4 teams I think Dallas might be the best matchup.
Blues and Avs are scary, Canucks play horribly vs. Vegas. Dallas also plays a similar style to Minny, which could be an advantage. |

Hughes has been fairly well contained imo. 3 pts last game yes but they are keeping a close eye on him. Says a lot about his talent. The kid finds a way to stand out.
Did anyone notice Minny wasn’t as good at pressuring us as much or was it just me? |

Top 4 seeds are not playing as much banging & bruising hockey from the little I’ve seen. We are getting banged up pretty good. The advantage I see is play in teams are more battle hardened. I too don’t mind a Dallas match up. Their O doesn’t scare me & it’s Minny 2.0 nearly other than i think in goal they are better. Tbh i don’t fear any of the top 4 teams if we can play our game more often than not. StL is my biggest concern with Binnington in goal. |

I think the Avs offense could shred the Nucks, and like I said before, the VGK matchup is a bad one. Haven't the Canucks only beaten them once before? |

hmm wonder who said this first on this page and previous ones. Yes as posted Stars would be best scenario match up if things stay the same on tournament standings and teams leading their playin series advance. |

Av’s have only 1 big line to worry about & we can control them imo.
VGK is a tough match up I’m least fond of cuz yes they seem to own us but this year we played them well. 1W 1L
