Thanks Carol.
Even though they're going to be playing back to back games and Marky had a long layoff prior to the re-start, I say that he plays both nights.
Anyone disagree? Anyone think that Thursday's game will determine who plays on Friday? If Marky plays badly, do you play Demko in a season deciding game? - RealityChecker
I think you'll see Markstrom start every game barring injury. |

I agree.
If they win Game 3, he'll want to stay in to close out the series.
If they lose Game 3, he'll want to play in the elimination game.
All roads lead to Marky. - Carol Schram Thanks Carol.
Yes, they sure do. |

Yup. Can't see Green going with Demko unless Markstrom has a compound fracture of his femur. |

That's pretty sad. I was saying to my wife over an ice cold beer on our patio, that Ferland reminded me of Dorsett with his desire to play and to play hard. I love those type of players. |

I love warriors who go all out & sacrificing themselves for the team. It’s what it takes to win in the PO’s. Hope his quality of life is ok. |

Ah poop, I feel really bad for him. He put in so much work to come back, and it seemed like he turned a corner.
Hopefully he can get healthy enough to have a solid life with his family if/when he chooses to retire. |

It's a real shame, he wanted to come back so badly. Still, on the positive side, this may mean more cap space... |

I know they said under injury circumstances they could call in extra goalies, don't know about skaters though. If so he would need 4 negative tests over 4 days so he wouldn't even make it in time to play this series. |

That's too bad. I questioned how ready he was, but not surprised. Huge heart to want to play regardless of the impact on his own personal situation. I guess at some point it's on the player to disclose what's really going on. |

ZacMac it is.
Hopefully the kid can take the opportunity and run with it.
Take that Fiala off his game by getting under his skin.

I think MacEwan is the guy to put in as well, but I hope Gaudette draws back in at some point. He looked lost in game 1, but I wouldn't have expected him to handle the occasion as well as Petey/Hughes did. |

The one thing that I did appreciate was when the Nucks decided they wouldn't let Manny play after his eye injury even when he was so called okay to continue his career. I sure hope they take this decision out of Ferlands hands as well. It's just not worth it. |

It's crazy that after all this time, this is pretty much Green's lineup choice to start 2019 season.
No Tofolli, no Gaudette and Sutter as 3C.
