Yeah sure looked like one... hopefully he’ll be ok. - Karine Hains
what's the NHL protocol on this again? (if there is really one lol...) is he supposed to be out for at least a week?

Nope... scary stuff, not a very good start health wise to his pro career, hopefully he's ok... kid is a gamer and has exceeded expectations wherever he played - obie
I'm not gonna try to be a Dr. Recchi lol, but once you have a concussion you usually become more sensitive to that, and the symptoms can be amplified with additional ones, so yeah hopefully it wasn't too bad and he'll be fine

While playoffs action is always fun to watch, this team could use a solid infusion of talent and a 12.5% chance of drafting Lafrenière (or a 9th overall pick should the lottery not go their way) sounds much more beneficial than a short-lived playoffs run…

Yeah thanks, that's quite obvious to anyone with half a brain, why don't you email all the players individually and ask them nicely to blow this series so the organization can get a better rank in the draft? |

I'm sure Dr. Max in the Leafs blog could make an accurate diagnosis. He correctly diagnosed Muzzin's neck injury from the TV screen while sitting on his couch. |

Kids learning and playing against a stacked talented team like the Pens > Maybe drafting a player that might help in 2-3-4 years from now ( we aren't getting Lafreniere). |

It's definitely helping Kotkaniemi and Suzuki. |

I will take all the play-off experience we can get, and then happily draft in the 9th spot.......Sanderson or Rossi would be nice addition. |

2 things about this Lafreniere nonsense
1. Montreal still has a 50-50 shot at getting into that lottery. they're capable of losing 2 straight to a better team,
2. 12.5 is a really low percentage. |

Um. Sorry to break this to you, but if the Habs beat the Pens, they're not getting 9th either. |

Nice game last night. Pretty obvious you guys are the better team here. No idea how to explain it from the Penguins end other than we refuse to put our best 18 skates in the lineup every night. You guys have played well since the first game.
At this point, our chances at winning the 1st overall pick is higher than winning the Stanley Cup and our roster needs some work, so I'd much rather bow out now (although I'm not sure I see Crosby folding tomorrow on his birthday).
