so if you get sweeped in 4 you have better chances of getting that 16th pick, and if you go to 7 games your chances are basically nil? - Pat1993
Pretty sure.... it's how they've been doing it for awhile now, no? |

Even called the 4-3 score last night just for good measure if you remember, I said Domi was gonna score in OT but I nailed the score!

I dont hate Danault at all... and if you remember anything you should remember that I kept saying Suzuki will not be moved over to the wing, I kept saying he is a 200 foot C and it would be a mistake to move him
Poehling is more suited a as winger - obie
Sigh. Fine. A lot of people (not you) said Suzuki would probably have to go on the RW. My point is, the player might make a strong case for it and force the hand of the coach.
You can't say that like it's already a sure thing. Time will tell. |

Yup, most people thought the Pens would take it in 3 or 4 tbh, you can’t tell me this turn of events doesn’t surprise you - Karine Hains
It doesn't

My big concern is that if they beat the Pens (and I am not sure they will), then MB will think this team is a lot better than it is and add pieces to win now at the cost of picks and assets.
Also, if they do not get #1 (settle for #9, I guess) or #31 (win cup), it was a failed season. - Mashadar
Bergy knows he doesn't have a great team.
Identifying the kids/players that step up when it counts is one thing that will help him shape this team.
Also identifying the players that are content with being passengers is crucial.

Kotkaniemi Suzuki Domi and Danault have already decided Poehling will be a LW |

In due time.... and that's the point, a good one has to go without Poehling even in the mix |

I said the only way the Habs win is if Price gets 3 shutouts.
He cannot do that now.
So sticking with the Pens.
Price let us down. |

Well if they have to pick between Danault and Domi, pretty sure they're keeping Danault. |

Yeah, and I complained that Ouellet was out there, forcing Mete to the other side... Schultz is not too terrible, but him and JJ together are making the Habs look better than they are. |

tbh I wasn't expecting them to win, but I never really wanted them to lose either... and yes these wins got me pumped up, and I'd like to see now where this goes, even if I'm fully aware they don't have a championship roster lol...
pretty sure though if they get past the pens, and then win a 1st round, some might say it's starting to feel like 93... - Pat1993
I'm ordering a Kotkaniemi jersey after they knock off the Pens tomorrow |
