I'm also in a union, and Biden and his ilk are calling for the end of our department, which is cabinet level. It's a no brainer. Democrats are no longer going to get 100% backing from unions, especially law enforcement unions.

Well, they didn't just like Konecny, Boeser, Aho, Cirelli, we have made a lot of bad decisions. Time to change that.

Why do you think there are soo many bad employees with places that have unions.

Take the teachers union for example.

They enable (some professions) extremely lazy behavior. The distribution industry is one example. But they also protect employees that do not deserve to be terminated because they've simply exceeded their value, simply because kids will work cheaper.

The teacher's union may be the devil, but those people get half of what they're actually worth, and would get even less w/o a union.
