Admittedly our union is not that strong, at all lol
Got walked on in the contract i was hired in but we bounced back a little bit on the last one. But i make 50k a year before taxes, more if i work OT. Its more than most can say in this type of industry these days - ieetbred
Some unions are little more than money makers collecting dues, my first job as a cashier at Tops I was part of a union, I had no choice, I never even talked to someone from the union. Granted I only worked there for two months before I had to quit before I was going to punch someone. Mother(frank)ers would come in with two large carts chock full ~$500, and start screaming over a 5 cent coupon not scanning.

The Sabres were average goaltending away from being a top 16 team this year never mind making the top 24.
We aren’t far from making the playoffs. But we do have some serious work to do to be a team that can go the distance.
