He hired Dubas, and is all in with Dubas' approach. Most likely, nothing much at all will change. It's the Leafs way. And Santo and Roper will keep telling us how everything is "fine".

Agreed. He's in for some stupid bobrovsky deal on the open market, and the leafs would be insane to buy into anything close to that with his track record.

I don't hate the guy, but he can't exactly say he's been anything more than average when it counts.

Asset management says capitalize on that this summer while he still has the year left.

I wouldnt go full primadonna, I don't know. I feel like there's a personality factor at play there... And I don't know these kids.

I have a friend who played with the kids in Edmonton as rookies, and he said they were entitled little poops with no respect for curfew, etc., and that showed on the ice with the lack of heart and desire to win.

I am starting to get the same kind of vibe. But that's just an opinion.

I’m a nobody as far as sports go but I played everything but lacrosse cuz conflicted with baseball. I cannot stand to watch this effort or make up on this team. It’s pathetic & reminds me of every POS i played with ir against. I gave it my all win or lose for the fun of the game. These guys make me puke. If one thing I’m proud of I never quit & I hustled & engaged at every chance. It made a better player & we provincial ball championships. I was a star & had an ego but i never was self important & always claimed the more players that pushed me down the list the better we were. Winners want it & go get it & nothing but desire & determination gets it done.

Like I'm going to be 43. Been watching since Ballard, and seriously since Gilmour. Since my late teens, I think I've watched start to finish, like 90% of every game.

It's pretty gross when you think of it.
