Wouldn't mind seeing you lose tonight. We'd rather play the Flyers.

They should have won game 3, but clb got incredibly lucky. - burn
Yeah. Reminded me of that Game 7 against the Bruins when they got lucky too. |

Ugh, jesus. - Fakepartofme
It is just funny how the Leafs get "lucky"(and I agree with you) when they get a handful of shots but when they fire 37 shots before that they don't get unlucky, they just played bad because they didn't score. |

Right. They got lucky, not at all earned it in those 4 mins. All the goals bounce off crazy deflections. Just luck.
Maybe they only had 3 shots cause each shot went in? Kinda hard to build shot total when each shot you take is a goal.
3 shots and 3 goals in 4mins is impressive. But whine some more
And I never said anything about 10mins, I don't even know where that comes from. Was only talking about last 4mins when the super line got put together. - burn
The Leafs didn't get unlucky in the game 7 Boston comeback, they just sucked. This is totally different though because Leafs.

Just watching the replay on The Score ...
Lil' bit of let up by CLB on that first one. Hyman and Nylander just outworked CLB in front of the net.
Second one was pure skill by AM and JT.
Lots of missed opportunities for CLB to bury the game.
Third goal. Willie skates off the forecheck and carries the puck the full length of the ice and backs CLB defence up ....they set up the cycle ...and then AM's threat to shoot backs up the D and Hyman is left open for the snipe. Lots of traffic in front of the net.
Winner is the set piece on the PP ....perfectly executed by Rielly, MM, JT and AM. |

3 goal comebacks in 4 mins happen all the time. |

Not nearly to the same extent, but true they should’ve won. I guess it doesn’t matter how we got here, just win tomorrow |

Washington almost lost to CBJ the year they won the cup
The Leafs took advantage of an inferior team sitting back...the tables turned and the Leafs are finally on that side. |

Incredibly, does that beat what happened last night?
Unbelievable, when we got beat by the Bruins up 4-1 I didn’t get dressed the next day...I’m doing the same today - Garnie
tomorrow too ....don't even try to flip your gitch over. |

Biggest goal of Kapanen’s career - Canada Cup
Kapenen's golden goal was the biggest goal of his career thus far.
Besides, even if he did possess Auston Matthews there for a second, I don't think he'd have been able to pull it off without Auston Matthews' size and physique. |

That’s what I keep thinking. Ya it was a cool comeback, but they should’ve lost the game. They got incredibly lucky, and had it not happened we’d be talking about firing Dubas and blowing up the team - BestRapperAlive
still appropriate to have this discussion imo.

How do you figure not the same? Clb couldn't touch the puck in game 3 until the leafs let off the gas.

Making yet another backup goalie look like hasek, while he gets an assist and is thus outscoring half your team, in your home building 5 days into the tournament would’ve been truly pathetic |

Nylander haters:
Can we give the guy some credit for literally skating from behind the Leafs goal line all the way into the CBJ zone with less than a minute remaining.
It was (frank)ing beautiful. |
