If it's me, I'm erasing the entire board... Writing Matthews and Tavares at the top and going from there. Really evaluating how this team should be structured around the major duel threat centres.

I posted earlier that we are always stuck in the patient game of evaluation, until an epic failure.

I'm in the camp of preventing epic failure by being proactive. Doesn't seem to happen with the Leafs.
