Lack of secondary scoring bit us in the ass. Blackhawks had the number on us when it came to even strength play. Pretty sure only 2 or 3 goals out of the entire series came from somebody not named McD/RNH/LD. Smith's horrendous performance must be considered too.

Watch all four games. Draisaitl coughed up the puck more than anyone else. It certainly does explain how they are in this position. Low percentage offensive plays, gave up on D, tried to do it himself when behind...all stupid selfish rookie BS.

I do agree that Smith put us under the gun after a dreadful game one performance, but to me this is on Draisaitl. Hard work beats skill...he's all skill and zero work.

Draisaitl was embarrassing tonight though. In a must win situation he was pretty (frank)ing casual out there. Neal was out there running guys left and right going after every loose puck, Draisaitl loses it and he just skates away with his head down. No effort no care it was sick to watch.
