Yeah I'd like for Stevie to build the defense first. He's off to a good start with Seider. Hronek is a strong piece. Drysdale would strengthen it. But Yzerman may go off the board. Who knows with him? I definitely trust Yzerman and Verbeek over Holland and Wright at the draft table.

That’s interesting, I pegged you as looking for a center. I do think there is a lot of talent, and I wouldn’t mind seeing Drysdale either. Ottawa and NJ both have 3 first rounders. This is going to be a crazy busy draft

Drysdale really impressed me when I saw him playing for Team Canada at the WJC. But there's so many good players in this draft that I won't be disappointed with Yzerman's pick.

I agree. Your other comment about D is well taken too. It’s a glaring issue. Unfortunately, not the only glaring issue

Unless Stutzle or Byfield fall to the Wings, i'm hoping for Rossi or Sanderson. I would be ok with Drysdale. I don't really want Perfetti or wingers (i see Perfetti more as an NHL winger than a center). Askarov i wouldn't touch in the top 10.
