I'll put a spike through my head if Pitt gets the #1 pick. - rpeters01
Although they’re in the same division, I’d like to see the Jets win the draft lottery. |

I say the Rangers.
Should the Hawks remain at 17 I’d trade down to get extra picks. Maybe 17 and 55 to Ottawa for 22 and 33. - DarthKane
Only way that happens is if there's a guy at 17 Ottawa thinks they have to have and he won't be there at 22. Going from 33 to 55 is giving up a lot to go from 22 to 17.

I don't see them benching anyone regardless of how the games go this is all about experience for guys they are counting on in the future which is NOT Sikura please god stop with him already. - rpeters01
Yes. All of us can name at least 3 guys who would dress ahead of Sikura if Colliton makes lineup changes.
Sikura's future is in Toronto playing for NHL minimum wage and carrying the hockey bags of their $40 million bust forwards. |

Oh, they already did that Darth - Khadri for the great Tyson Barrie. Dubas thought it was a great idea until Mike Babcock didn't. - RickJ
Toronto wins the draft lottery then trades the #1 overall for Boqvist and a 2nd. |

Yes, bright neon red font. Of course Toronto would want Sikura too. |

I just can not see how the Hawks, impressed as I was with their 1st round shovelling of the Coilers, beat a high octane juggernaut in the Silver Knights. Vegas in 5, with the leniency of perhaps 6 because Chiraq can score with the best of em. How about that Kubalik, Hawks always seemingly have endless young guns shine through each year.

Damn.... that loss really must sting for the Leafs. With a flat cap they won’t be able to make too many changes either. - DarthKane
Would trade matta/ dehann/ or murphy to toronto for kerfoot or johnsson? Gives us a 3rd center or 3rd line winger. |

Vegas in 5, maybe 6, if Crawford plays one game on his head. No matter how it turns out, proud of the young team from Chicago. Please, for the love of God, send the Blues packing, will you please? |

I see Chicago being harder to snuff out. I can see them advancing, but I'm happy with their performance either way.
How have you been? Staying healthy & sane, I hope. |

Order from most to least that I'd like to see get the #1 pick.
Florida Panthers (pretty much a have pity lottery win for Q)
NY Rangers (would be exciting to add another piece for an up and coming team)
Minnesota Wild (they could really use the help with how old that team's core is)
Winnipeg Jets (sort of indifferent to it, but would prefer not in the Central Division)
Pittsburgh (don't deserve it really, no need to extend Sid and Geno's Cup window)
Toronto Maple Leafs (they don't deserve a top player on an entry level deal, let them stay in cap hell)
Edmonton Oilers (not AGAIN)
Nashville Predators (f them, hate this whole franchise and it's fans)

Makes sense for a West team. For us, it's something like
Minnesota
Winnipeg
Nashville
Edmonton
Florida
Toronto
Pittsburgh
New York Rangers
You guys in the West can keep him. Please. Not that I believe that he's a generational talent, but his ability could make him an All-Star in a couple of seasons, and I really dont need a team like the Rangers stocking their shelves with more young talent. |

What about those later round picks, did qualifying round results effect on them? Chicago holds Pittsburgh´s second round pick and now that Pens are out so... |

Toronto needs to cut salary. Both Kerfoot and Johansson make less than Matta, and is a wash with Murphy.

They have to. Problem is Tavares and Nylander won’t bring back a top end defenseman, they’ll be forced to move Marner or Matthews. Oh well too bad so sad. - paulr
Of those 4....any "NO-TRADE" involved???? Cuz, it may not be as easy to flip those guys if THEY have the right to refuse...

I just checked. Only Tavares has a "no-movement". The others can all be traded until 2023....when their NMC kicks in... |

I'd make that trade in a heartbeat. Chicago has so many defenseman and prospects that I think if you can grab a kid like laferenie you go for it |

A living legacy totaly do -able
A hockey bubble on his Florida golf course
Better than your effort so far
To build a wall
Save some lives and keep hockey active
Maybe Lafraniere could stay healthy
If he lands in Florida
Same sentence coming and going ons: hashtag
Hockey bubble; the wall; Trump; Lafraniere; Tallon; Queeneville; a loosing proposition |
