I've been jealous on day 1 of their honest plan for rebuilding

Our biggest problem I see going forward is going to be the bottom 6. Need to find players in the organization that fit that role and stay together instead of Quinns constant juggling of the bottom 6. Saw it in the Carolina series, they absolutely shut down our top 6 and that was the ball game.
The team is too easy to play against. They need to add some garbage pail guys to the bottom 6 and wear out opponents. Don’t want to be the leafs - nyrangers2
from what I understand, Alexis Lafreniere is a bit of a bastard to play against

Our D is going to be WAY too good for us to be the Leafs!!!
Quinn had them clicking on all cylinders pre pause. I feel like people forget that and we’re wrapped up in losing the playin in 3 games.
They were like the Harlem globetrotters on skates for a couple months haha
Personally, I’m putting very little stock in those 3 games - Slimtj100
I am just for the fact the Rangers were the only team to come back and not put out the effort needed. It's not just they lost, its they were embarrassed.

And I hope every one of them remembers it and tastes the salt every April for the next 12 years!!!!!
I would still love if they found a way to keep Fast. The 4th line, and bottom 6, would be so much better. He’s the type that may take a discount. - Slimtj100
I don't think he'll have to take a discount though, I think he'd get a 4 year 12 million deal on the market with a promise of more than the 4th line
Shanny was older when he got here but man could he play, management I dunno - blueshirts_fan
I didn't mean the way he was for us. More his entire career. He was so (frank)ing good for Hartford, St. Louis and Detroit. And never backed down from anyone.
