Just thinking of how to acquire Cirelli...
The other first
Buchnevich
Howden
You all do that?
Tampa is in real rough shape and may take that deal. Helps them on the current roster, and they get a first.
I could see Deangelo instead of Buch, either way I do the deal - Slimtj100
Value isn't terrible, but Tampa can't take back a contract even like Buch's. Thats why I suggested Nils the other day.
Carolinas 1st, and Nils Lundqvist would be attractive for Tampa to consider. Throw in Howden and it is a bit of an overpay by us, but we would get our man! |

No doubt, a late night game kills you for a week. Where are you living now? And yeah mate, those were some good times. Is weirdo still around? All them were good dudes. Funny as hell - bonzo11
I haven't seen weirdoh in 2 years maybe? Could be longer. Then again, I don't go to the Leafs or Habs threads much with these play-ins being an exception.
I'm in the best place to be in NA right now, the Atlantic bubble. Check it out. Heading out camping to Campobello Island in the morning. If i'm not mistaken, that's where Roosevelt's cottage was. If so, we'll see it.
That's NE Maine for reference but in New Brunswick. It's few hours southwest of me, more with the ferry. |

That's awesome man. I was thinking you were in Toronto area. Looks beautiful in that part of Canada. Love being outdoors in general and nature. Urban living gets old, very fast. The dreaded morning rush, packing on the tube like a tin of sardines. I was in Saint John's last summer, beautiful place. Hopefully next summer can resume traveling. Yesterday was the only good thing to happen in 2020

If you make it my way look me up. Probably best May-Oct.
I prefer the other coast but it's at least twice as expensive with less space.
I don't have much but it's a 4 bedroom house with enough land to plant a few fruit trees and grow a garden. All for less than $150KUSD.
Winter sucks but it's a good life. |

I do, Lafreniere was only born a month late to be available for last year's draft, he'll be 19 when the season starts in December, no doubt in my mind he's ready to play right away, and a lot right away. - jimbro83
Just like we thought KK was. |

Id consider myself cautious than overly optimistic. I think guys were raving how KK played with men in Europe, dominated the worlds and had a good camp. I think many suggested he play on the first line opening night. The kid barely broke the 20 point mark. I had thought he would have been good for a 20-20 season. I was to optimistic. Although it would be nice for him to have an incredible first season being cautious is much more suitable. |

I could be wrong but most people were saying he is "nhl ready" not ready to play on the 1st line. People thought Hughes might be a year away because of his size, etc. I'm pretty sure that was the debates that went on. |

Massive over payment and it creates more holes than it fixes. Brady Skjei only brought back a first, and would think Hertl costs a little more...maybe. |

Whoa...slow down. I think one of those players and the first (if not just the first) is good enough there. Better get a 2nd rounder back as well if they go with your idea.

Jack Hughes and Alexis Lafreniere are the same age, Laf only missed the draft last season last season because he was born on October 11 and the cutoff date is Sept 15th |

So glad his mom waited an extra month to push him out 18 years ago. His mom is now a Ranger fan legend |
