was there any explanation (during/after game or on twitter) as to why JTM didn't take the pre-game? - RealityChecker

Mmmhm it’s the pot of black coffee or whatever the (frank) he takes pregame that turns him into a pro wrestler for the starting lineup announcement |

Dropping a deuce during a playoff game as a Canuck is referred to as "Pulling a Luongo." |

Peron on QH, fuks sake.

QH and EP better get used to it for the rest of their careers. They are the difference makers and will be targeted. We can't rely on PP in the playoffs. We've been there, done that.
We need more players to play like Peron. |

I’d like to see QH take a penalty breaking his stick across the back of Perron’s leg there as he skates away. 2 min for slashing. And as the ref comes over to tell him he has a penalty just give him a Petey death stare. |

100%. Roussel getting in the head of Stalock is what we need him to do with binnington, or Petey just needs to keep scoring and that should do it |

There were many reasons why that team was hated. And as a Canucks fan, I loved most of those reasons! |

100%. Another favourite was Torres on Keith.

Playoffs . Love it.
I have to say I like the way the Flames have played in the PO. I see a lot of similarities with us and them. - VANTEL
Sure it great, but it's going to get worse. Needs to be some push back.

I think if Motte can be re-signed for ~1-1.25 mil that's pretty solid value. Stecher's a little different, definitely lots of options to look at, but I stand by the idea that if he's willing to take a hometown discount you keep him. - NorthNuck
Motte won't require anything like that to be resigned IMO. I'm sure most if not all players understand their salary will take a hit this year. |

When you look at the roughing call on Jake last night, you have to wonder wtf the refs are thinking after seeing that. I'm ok with not calling that trash on QH but why the soft calls then?

MacEwen I think but yes same old inconsistent reffing. To be fair blues had some phantom calls on them as well. Any time your team gets 6 PP opportunities there isn't much point in complaining about the ones that didn't get called.
If the Canucks continue to convert at 50%, the blues will need to change their tactic. If the PP dries up, the nucks have no chance anyways. |

With the way he's playing this playoffs I could easily see him telling the team "I'm worth 1 mil" |

Sure, but he's likely one of he last players they sign this year. There is going to be a ton of guys squeezed out waiting to be signed a couple months after Free agency begins. Personally I wouldn't sign any depth players until you see who falls through the cracks.
Guys like Fast, Sheary, Eakin are going to be available for that same million IMO. |
