First three selections in 2016 were Matthews, Laine, and Dubois. Funny that all the talk surrounded Matthews and Laine. PLD seemed to be the forgotten one and just might end up as the star of this year’s playoffs (if he keeps going like he is).

with Tkachuk and Keller right after 4 and 5.
So five of the first seven hit pay dirt. (frank)ing Canuck luck... |

Heard people calling for a Selke nomination for him. He that good? - NorthNuck
I have been doing some reading about Gaudette and protected minutes in the playoffs and regular season. I wonder if Benning will look to upgrade 3C
I think teams doing an offer sheet for Cirelli it will be around 3 -3.5 mil costing a second round pick. I also read Detroit will be pushing for him same as they did with JTM last year which drove up the price for Canucks. Maybe another trade between TB and Vancouver?
Anthanasiou is another one to keep an eye on. |

I do wonder if Puljujarvi would have turned out any different had he been drafted by Van, he had all the tools. |

in all honestly, what do YOU think are the % chances of Tyler Toffoli resigning with the Canucks? Not whether you want but what does your gut tell you
50%? 25%? 60%? |

Hard to play rope-a-dope for that long every game. I think they'd be better if they were hitting more and wearing down their opponent, but haven't seen that side from them too much. |

Around there.
It really depends on how much he wants to be here. I don't see anyone handing him out a huge contract with any amount of term.
He's not that guy. |

Losing Panarin was huge. Imagine him with PLD this year? |

To be honest, both goalies look like dog poop. These are some terrible goals |

True, but to lose a two goal lead in 9 seconds is special. |

Codes ain’t joking. The score’s going to be 9-8 if the goaltending doesn’t improve. |

Now it starts getting weird for the players. How long before Boston and Carolina even get to their dressing rooms? |

I gotta say seeing so many teams poop the bed has driven home how good of a job Green did getting the Canucks ready |
