I’d rather these games stay low scoring than become shootouts so I’m perfectly happy with 0-0. No problems with the chippiness either, just have to bait them or even out, penalty wise.

I know we’re not the most talented bunch but I take my chances with a Trotz-coached, fresh slate, team every day of the week.

Isles are a very good defensive team but they are not a very tough team. Ross needs to play in this type of series.

Caps are trying to line everyone and anyone up every shift and the islanders are more concerned with that then anything else. That’s the caps game plan obviously and to me, so far, it’s working.
