Are there asterisks next to lock out seasons? Will anyone actually care 3 years down the road? Losing fans may gripe, but all the teams are equal footing right now. It's been a fun and strange tournament so far – let's enjoy it and hope next year goes smoothly.

NHL has him at 7 pts in 5 games. The play-in round counted as playoff stats for players. It just didn't count as playoffs for conditions on trades.

Playing 25+minutes a night, providing solid defense and physicality is pretty substantial.

If an asterisk it will be a unique one. Winning 5 rounds 4 of which are the usual PO’s nobody can say it cheapened a cup win.

Before this all was decided as a 24 team set up I said 20 teams was suitable. This 24 team format has proven exciting. Maybe it will continue & be 20 like I wanted. 12 teams are in top 3 in each division with 8 wild cards in a qualifier round bringing it to 16 teams & seeding. Could shorten the regular season to accommodate it.

32 teams:
play inter-divisionally 4x
play all other trams 2x
Total is 76 games

In the 4 years since acquiring him, they've made the playoffs once(prior to this year) and they got bounced in the 1st round. He's the kind of player you want for seasons where you make the playoffs, not for trying to draft high.
