IMO, the thing that differentiated Foppa from other centres of his size/stature was his aggression. He was a pit bull. He was essentially the same size as Näslund but his attitude made him seem bigger than he was. Phenomenal player.

It’s funny, the stupid owner of the Nordiques actually was going to take the NYR’s deal instead which in hindsight was for far less. The arbitrator ruled the Flyers already had an agreement in place and that essentially changed history for that Quebec/Colorado franchise.
