Tacos al Pastor are fantastic. Combines two of my favorite styles of cuisine between Mexican and Mid Eastern/Mediterranean.

Chubby's is good, but used to be great. Their cheesesteaks used to have so much meat that you could barely figure out how to get it in your mouth. Now? About half as much meat and they're just kinda good. Their roast pork was pretty good, too.

They are very correlated though.

Since by definition the things that prevent you from getting entry across a border are related to nationality, which by your definition should not be related to employment, you cannot have border restrictions based on nationality and lack of job restrictions (independent of nationality) at the same time.
