Agree on all that, but what do you mean Philly doesn't put onions? You fry the onions, then you chop up the meat over it, and then the cheese towards the end. Then you slather it on some good bread. As others have pointed out, the bread is crucial. - PT21
I never said they don’t put on onions.
I’m saying that when something is labeled “Philly-style“, and onions, green peppers, and mushrooms are standard, that’s just WRONG. It’s not standard at all!
Onions are prolly on more cheesesteaks than not. No. That’s par for the course, really. Green bell pepper certainly isn’t, and mushrooms is a niche thing.
And I was the first person here to mention the bread, but that was gonna happen regardless. The bread is crucial, and we’re ALL snobby about it |

And I disagree with Scoob about the implications about apology and so on. Here is Bergevin's entire statement:
“We understand that Kirk does not speak French, but there are exceptional circumstances and we are asking you for your understanding,” Bergevin said in his statement.
- PT21
Whether sarcastic or not, the implication to me is "we're sorry we don't have a French speaker so this guy will have to do."

Again, I am not taking sides here, as both camps have merit, but out of curiosity, would you be ok with completely open borders if no American's job can be replaced by a foreigner?
That way, there is no economic insecurity, but we will be a Spanish speaking country in 30 years, and cheese steaks will be replaced by tacos al pastor.
Speaking of the last, the truck on 4th and Washington has some of the best. - PT21
10th
And Primas on 9th left hand side, right before Washington.....these are thee best tacos in the area.....Barbacoa is good but they are overrated by the foodie hipster crowd

No, 4th. The family with the cute kid.
Blue Corn is not bad either. Never had the other places you mention.
The truck on Penn campus, 38th and Chestnutish, was very good too. I forget what it was called.
You go to Barbacoa for the goat btw, not the pork.
(frank), I feel hungry as hell now. |

assuming you aren't taking sides, i believe you are, i believe the right person for the job regardless of immutable characteristics.
i love tacos al pastor, pineapple is a vastly underrated addition to the dinner table.

I am not taking sides so much as trying to explain why that statement by Bergevin may be defensible.
I completely understand where you are coming from, I am not sure you understand what I am saying.
Would you be ok with completely open borders? Then the "right person for the job? could be chosen from a much larger pool. |

Ok thanks Bill, but looking at
https://www.naturalstattr...ason=20192020&game=30111#
I find Individual Corsis but not individual by period Corsis.
What am I missing? - PT21
Can't really see it broken down by period but you can follow it by going to the site after each period when the game is in progress.

Tacos al Pastor are fantastic. Combines two of my favorite styles of cuisine between Mexican and Mid Eastern/Mediterranean.
Also a big fan of pork cheek meat in a taco |

open borders and open job market are two different things. i'm for free markets, and freedom in general. bergevin can say whatever he wants, apologize, blah blah blah. cowtowing to a group based on something as arbitrary as language is nonsense.

White American and sweet peppers are essential items for a cheese steak

As long as they match or better Montreal's intensity for 3 periods they should go up 2-0. |

Its awful and they have the worst sauce for a pizzasteak. Chubby's across the street is way better....not even close - KINGKENZO
Chubby's is good, but used to be great. Their cheesesteaks used to have so much meat that you could barely figure out how to get it in your mouth. Now? About half as much meat and they're just kinda good. Their roast pork was pretty good, too. |

They are very correlated though.
Since by definition the things that prevent you from getting entry across a border are related to nationality, which by your definition should not be related to employment, you cannot have border restrictions based on nationality and lack of job restrictions (independent of nationality) at the same time.

They will ask you if you want the hot sauce and the tomatillo (green) sauce. Say yes but on the side if you don't like very spicy food.
They also have the Mexican coca cola (with real sugar) in bottles.
