Nice write up. Can't disagree with anything. This game is a big test, and will give me a real feel for where these Islanders are at. Still not sold on them going deep this year.

Same lineup. Saw interviews of caps regarding Lee hit all saying it was bad, could have been avoided, vulnerable. They were all pretty pissed it seemed. Patrick Sharp and Anson Carter on nbcsn commented the isles young stars need to keep their heads up tonight. Should be a fun game to watch. Hopefully no one gets hurt.

If I recall the hockeybuzz lineup correctly, I believe Trotz needs to sit a dozen guys for Ross. But we need the offense!

I watched his interview. "I think" and "probably" the same sounds like Trotz hasn't decided yet. Oddly enough, I'm with Poly. Keep the lineup that came to life and won.

You can't stop Ross the Boss. You can only hope to contain him.

Komarov not sitting for Ross is inexcusable. Dude is completely useless out there. Doesn't contribute anything defensively, and is a black hole out there on offense. The one thing I can criticize Trotz on.

Yeah maybe and maybe not. May be a total snooze fest after the first fight. Caps are pros they most likely won’t be complete idiots if it sabotages this game for them. They know they lose this they’re done. With that said I’m hoping for blood and guts.

I expect Wilson to be the POS he is. I also expect him to get away with it like he usually does.

I think that style of game favors the Caps. I want the Isles to play their discipline shut down game that frustrates so many opponents. That said if the Caps want to goon it up the Isles have to respond.

Lee's linemates rarely hit the tape or throw the puck to the net. They're both 'pretty play' guys to the core.

PK and His play without the puck is why he’s out there although Ross is a PK and PP dynamo so you might want to contact Trotz and give him some advise
