That guy that does the Star Spangled Banner has a wicked set of pipes. I think Laila is old news now and I would like to see Vancouver doing something a little more fan friendly.
I was thinking maybe the Canucks could rally around the theme "Come Home MiniVan" |

Thanks Carol,
If the Blues contracted Covid-19 in a bar, that's on them. They should have taken this pandemic more seriously. #NoExcuses. |

Hopefully they take them down quick, get a bit of rest and move on.

I feel like if the Blues go with Allen that will further ruin Binners confidence, but I don’t think it really matters, neither goalie is that good.
Covid is no excuse as VHG notes, but I wonder if those players who were positive have had some lasting respiratory issues that are affecting their game? |

Sounds like 2-3 games Myers could be out.

Hopefully Benn brings some physicality and policing if he draws in. If he can do that and play simple boards-and-out hockey, should be fine. |

Will probably need it the most tonight, they'll be coming out hard. |

I’m not a Myers fan but that kinda sucks. Those 19 minutes a game are hard to replace. |

Hopefully the refs call it a bit tighter. If they let the Blues run guys from the get go, it's going to be a looong game.
My biggest fear is QH or Petey gets run and injured... which I can definitely see happening. |

lol it's not likely. MTL fans were right he's pretty much useless. |

100%
JV needs to be in crashing and banging. Bo will step up if EP and Hughes get taken advantage of...which most likely will happen for the Blues at this point. |

Carol Schram: Confident Canucks led by captain Horvat, look to go up 3-0 on the Blues
Following a thrilling 4-3 overtime win on Friday that gave them a 2-0 lead in their series against the St. Louis Blues, the Vancouver Canucks will look to keep the momentum going as they switch to the home side for back-to-back games against the Blues on Sunday and Monday. - Carol Schram
Thanks Carol.
There was a good article on sportsnet.ca today about Manny Malhotra.
https://www.sportsnet.ca/...-promising-young-coaches/
It touched on his work with Bo Horvat. I can’t think of a better person than Manny to tutor our young captain. Manny’s so professional and dedicated to the intricacies of the game. I think we are seeing the results of that tutelage this season. |

lol we can hope. I just remember all my Habs fan buddies warning me about Benn when we acquired him. From a regular season perspective they were bang-on but maybe the PO's will spark him who knows. |

@ Lordy
Were your Hab buddies also whining when they traded PK for a much better defenseman in Weber.
Way to many opinionated fans, look at points only, not the rest of the game. |

They will be a desperate team tonight, they'll be up against the wall if they lose this one. Keep an eye on ZacMac, he may have a busy night. |

I'd dress Benn and Rafferty. Dress 11 forwards. Youve got last change and will get better matchups up front, so you can get away with 11 forwards.
Benn hasnt played in almost 6 months.....if he struggles, you can spot Rafferty in.....
