1) Arizona is in a cap crunch, so I would make a call on Dvorak.
2) Domi seems to have fallen down the depth chart, so I would make a call
3) Again Chicago is in Cap hell, can't hurt to call on Strome, if he isn't ask about Kubalik. It's gonna be tough for them to keep both.
4) Is just if LA takes Byfield, LA is loaded with C prospects
5) Henrique is blah, but could be a solid add to play 2C until Cozens is ready, and then take over 3C until Lundell is ready. Don't know if he's available, but there are rumors.

On Domi, the price goes up, simply because you're in the same division.

Turcotte might not be ready for C, but he could help on the Wing, I would prefer Vilardi anyways. And yes LA doesn't have to trade, but we have a few young Dman that could help them build a week area up in there pool.

Why would you trade the #8th overall for Circelli when you can see if he will take a 2 or 3 years offersheet at around 4.2 Million and Tampa Bay cannot match because they only have 5 Million free and also need to sign Sergachev? This year it's a Buyers market out there and since there will be so few teams with cap space to take on cap from other teams they will have the ability to be very picky on the deal.
