Would ranger fans be interested in a trade of Marner and Dermott for fox and krieder? - BrainSap
Deal would have to include Deangelo instead of Fox which is probably a dealbreaker for Toronto. Even then its a stretch for NY because in a couple of years they would be spending half the cap on Panarin, Marner, and Zibanejad |

A team that might be willing to move a center is MTL. They have Domi Suzuki Phoeling Katkomiemi Danault. - nyrangers9479
Agreed. Domi or Danault. They wouldn’t trade the others |

Do we really need Marner? Lol. If he was a center. We got plenty of wingers |

The more I think the more I like Danault from Mtl. He’s a very good faceoff man and shutdown center. He’s a FA after next season tho. But I doubt he’d cost much in a trade. They have no room for one of their centers, they are very deep there

I like Danault too, but I wouldnt give up much to get him.

I wonder if Hank or the Rangers put out a press release saying he’s back for one more year if he does come back. Or do they leave everyone hanging and do what every player does with a contract and just show up for training camp - way out west
Excellent question! Not sure what the answer is either.... |

I was thinking something like Buch or Lemieux and Hajek. Depending on what they need. He only makes 3 mill next year, which is nice |

That's exactly why you bridge him and expose in the expansion draft |

I don’t see Danault as an upgrade over Strome. Why give up assets when we can just keep what we have |
|
|

Roster would be looking pretty good right now if we kept Hayes over Kreider |

No way man he’s a better all around player. One thing we need more of are defensive forwards. Especially if we lose Fast

Nope. If you've seen him at all, I think it's clear that Suzuki is the one we would want. And they would be crazy to trade him. |

That’s what I meant tones, Domi is the one to get because Suzuki isn’t going anywhere |
