Bingo’s just running around flapping his gums about the Leafs because they lost.

I’ve put up proof on here before, he handled top 4 mins well this year.

He can’t be the 3rd best D man, as he was this season. But at 2 million a season to be the 4th best D on the team? Yes that’s a value contract you want to keep.

Mirtle just put an article with him in it today as well, plenty of analysis proving he’s a capable defender and at 2 million is a steal.

The problem is the whiffs on goals that have nothing to do with the defense. They happen in the most important games and with incredible consistency.

Muzzin went down and he had to be the 2nd best d man and the best shutdown D....given the circumstances he did well and was pretty great for 2 million all season.

Nothing wrong with him being Muzzins partner AS long as the Leafs get Rielly a d partner.

I’m all for replacing Freddy.

1 year left and will be 32.

He’s a good starting goalie but hasn’t helped the leafs in deciding games at all. Time to try someone else.

Trade him to a budget team this season and find a decent goalie at a cheaper price.

Dubas said on Overdrive Holl is top four material. He's abslotulely (frank)ing delusional. Holl doesn't even sniff Boston's bottom pair and Dubas believes he can play regular top four minutes v. opposition top 6 forwards for the Leafs.

All goalies have their wiffs. They’re the easy ones to remember.

Freddy consistently makes incredible saves for this team which repeatedly bails on him defensively. Due to Willy and whoever else’s sloppy neutral zone play, odd-man rushes on Freddy are non-stop. He just cooly, calmly turns them away. That supposedly terrible goal by Gerbe was absolute horsehit defence. If they had better defence, that play would’ve never happened.

When he is on the ice against top comp and 2nd pairing mins he has good results.

Hard to argue against that.
