Plenty of experience on the ice at the time. I just don’t see who else you’d want out there instead of him. Maybe TK if he wasn’t playing like hot garbage? - Dkos
Pretty sure he scored in his first two games, then he leveled off. Might be a spark in a short spurt.
My shock on the last Flyers goal was the Voracek pass actually got through to Bee for the fairly routine deflection. To the best of my knowledge, this is the first time.

Can’t argue it. Habs picking off passes all series.
If the Islanders need film, we’re giving it to them.
So, TK takes Farabees spot and Hayes is at the right point? They scored three PP goals tonight with Farabee on that line. I think the coaches got this one right. I’ve got no problem with Farabee being out there.

Bro, I just want our best players to show up. I want our coaching staff to get the most out of our best players. That’s all I want.
On the positives, great night from Jake, Coots line was fine, Hayes has gotten better in the last 2 games. Good night from Sanheim and Myers, Braun too.
The names not mentioned can do better. The bottom six including Giroux at 5 on 5, plus Niskanen and Hagg on the fateful goal, just didn’t get the job done.

We all want that. - Dkos
Well I’m sorry but if you aren’t getting production from a young rising star from Travis Konecny, that’s a failure on the player but that’s a failure on the coaching staff who chooses to go back to him. When you go out of your way to get Kevin Hayes and pay him the money and he doesn’t show up, that’s a failure on the player and the coaching staff. When you get nothing from the Captain, failure on Giroux, failure on the coaching staff. You sit JvR or place him on the Third or fourth line, failure on the player, automatic failure on the coaching staff.
Third line center? Grant has been good defensively but hasn’t had an ounce of of offense since the restart...and on the 2nd powerplay? So it becomes, can you you do better? Laughton would be the likely choice but he has been probably the worst forward this series if you ignore JVR, who needs to be top six if in lineup, which he shouldn’t, or sitting. So what about Frost, who is probably more of a winger in the NHL? He is poor defensively, especially compared to Grant, but couldn’t possibly be worse offensively. Then the fourth line center would be Grant or Thompson, who is in the cellar of every advanced statistic, pretty easy to decide who wins that Battle. Thompson’s numbers are a joke. He needs to sit.

I’m sorry but we scored more goals in the series than normal tonight but I felt like tonight sucked. Maybe I’m spoiled but I’ve seen the Flyers go up against Dominic Hasek, Martin Brodeur and Marc-Andre Fleury and do pretty well offensively. This isn’t that.

Oh my god, the rookie core of Joel Farabee, Nicolas Aube-Kubel, Connor Bunnaman and Morgan Frost are the answer to save us all. No learning curb. - SuperSchennBros
Sending out Hagg and Braun ok, sending them Out with the Thompson line big mistake. But AV has pushed a lot of right buttons to date. Still a young team they need to learn to close it out - wcorvette

Ok? What’s your point? If you lose the game the players and coaches failed? No kidding.
