Montreal is the only team that comes anywhere close to how much I can’t stand the Pens. And it’s mostly because of their fans lol. Absolute clowns.
- hereticpride

They’re like leafs fans but their team is slightly more successful in recent times. They’re all over the place where i am and you can’t convince them that this team isn’t destined for the cup.

1. No hearing scheduled for KK
2. Well, you could technically get a major, and not be ejected, if the hit is not to the face/head. I assume that's what you meant.
3. You make good points, however, Niskanen clearly aims downwards towards the head/shoulder area, needs to be responsible that the stick would not glance off and hit the head or even do it directly, and did it before to Crosby. That's a dangerous play because even before the stick starts to go down, Gallagher is well below Niskanen, and is shorter ti begin with

No, I meant exactly what I said. You even posted that section of the rules. At least I think it was you.
The ejection for a MAJOR PENALTY FOR BOARDING is automatic. Not all major penalties carry auto ejection, ie fighting majors. Boarding major does. There is no double minor. Just minor penalty, major with auto ejection.

Haha. You’re one of the realistic ones or pretending to be. Yeah. After last game, I believe the series is up for grabs. Especially with the suspension . Losing niskanen hurts more than losing Gallagher as he wasn’t scoring anyway up until last game. We need a shutdown defensive effort with hart flawless to win.

No pretend. I'll be shocked if they haul out a win. I can see them getting pumped up over Gallagher but I think Domi, Chiarot and a few others will get too amped and if the Flyers can stick to their game plan, run the table tomorrow. Gallagher hasn't been putting up points like you might expect but he is a big voice on that bench.

Well. Although nisky hasn’t played that well, he’s on our top pair and it’s going to leave a big hole in our d corps. Expect that that’s a winning trade for Montreal.

Jeez. I seem to remember a full out car flipping riot in the streets of Montreal after a first round loss.

Yes, it was me.

And no, dude. Boarding can happen even without an injury to face or head. If that is the case (no injury to face/head), GM not automatic.

Not questioning your ref experience. I have none. But its pretty clear from the rules I posted.

Correct about everything else, except that I feel Nisky play was at best dangerous and possibly dirty. That's subjective, of course.

I was however wrong about his hit to Crosby being relevant. Apparently, since it was reviewed, and no supplemental discipline was meted out, it is not on his record and he is not technically a repeat offender.

However he did have some slashing fine earlier this year, and that is on the record.
