And what's more is we have some who spend all day arguing back and forth about one or two topics du jour (sometimes multiple jours), as if harping over it has any intrinsic outcome/impact. I won't name any names since I'm sure you can suss them out yourself.

I don't get into any of it (mostly) because it's not worth the time and effort. I was a long-time lurker before I created a login, thinking that things would improve after the Flyers went on a mad tear since late Jan / early Feb. Boy U was wrong and should have known better!

(2) I didn't and I don't. I believe that should be apparent. I actually had a chuckle when I read the quoted user's comment. Because I realize that the player are big boys and it's up to them whether they're satisfied with the league's disciplining their colleagues on other teams. Of course every fan has the right to be angry about this type of stuff, but in the end it's not really up to them, other than to protest with their pocketbooks if they can't tolerate it.

Also, I've backread this blog earlier this morning and enjoyed and appreciated your participation. That's what a public forum is all about, even if we all don't agree. And since we root for different teams, there's nothing wrong with a healthy rivalry amongst us as long as it's done in good fun and there's a "sportsmanship" about it.

Anyway, it's all good.
