So, all of Strome, Monahan and Domi all were disappointments in the Play-in and Playoffs, according to fans and the media.

Domi produced 3 pts in 10 games, a 0.30 ppg pace, but 50% of his career rate of 0.67
Strome produced 3 points in 9 game, a 0.33 pace and he too was at roughly 50% of his 0.64 career rate (.0.77 rate for 2 yrs) ...50 - 60sh point Center.
Both saw reduced ice time and roles through those post-season games.

Monahan put up 8 pts in 10 games, producing at 0.80 ppg rate, slightly better than his career rate of 0.76 and better than his 0.70 playoff rate until this year ...yet he has suffered the wrath of hockey analysts, one of which stated that no team with Monahan on it would ever win it.

The blogger and fans in the Chicago blog are suggesting that Strome's contract value is 1 or 2 years at $2.0 -$2.5m. At that price, I'd be very interested for say 2 - 3 year term to see what he can do.
Shouldn't cost that much to acquire if Bowman feels the same as the media and fans.
