I think Reinhart plays a better 200 foot game then most give him credit for.

I think we downgrade in a Reinhart for Monahan swap but at least Monahan has proven he can play the middle and wingers are more attainable on the open market.

I always believed this offseason was the time for the big splash.

I think he was hesitant to make the move for the A and B in prior years as he did not think that was the time to move the capital to do so.

The 10 game winning streak was a blind squirrel finding a nut. In a few years, maybe even this year, I think fans may be happy that we ended up with Cozens (possibly a bias opinion as I was the tank commander after all)

Infinite realities and all that, I'm sure we've won the cup already somewhere else but here we are where we traded a 2C and thought rookie Mittelfat was fully prepared to handle the duties of 2C because awesome job Jason. Sure we wouldn't have Dahlin, but maybe we have Svech? Maybe Tkachuk? Maybe Hughes?

No point in playing the maybe game. All in all, our GMs have failed this franchise thus far.

Pitt got Derrick Pouliot, the current AHL defensemen 8th overall for Jordan Staal.

Theres a substantially good chance the 8th isn't half of what Monahan is

We both use and reference advanced stats, but this year's top 9 to 10 are very high in quality, so compared to normal, I would say the word substantially used above is overblown and inaccurate.
