I think your missing what I’m saying. Sure I wouldn’t mind them both being moved. I just don’t think it would happen. Then signing DeMelo on top of that just seems like a stretch - SDSabre
I rather trade one and keep three good ones on the right.
I know we are starved now but I remember when we needed D and said wings are easily found. Good RD are worth way more then an average Wing |

We’ve gone from hockey purgatory to hockey hell. The only ones that want to come are third liners that want to audition as a second liner to get more celery on their next deal, or last contract folks. And of course Jeff Skinner . |

Yeah I think McCabe Joki and Dahlin Miller pairings are solid. Find someone to complement Risto and we’re cookin with gas |

They don’t at all. Media should be focusing on heroes like you instead of criminals. - Fattony1187
Not me, people like you who have to deal with it day in day out. Don't nearly see enough stories of the good Officers do too.

And that's the moral of the entire story.
You gotta know when to hold em, and know when to fold em.
If the (frank)ing police ask you to stand still, you stand (frank)ing STILL. - Powerslave
But, surely there are times when people can’t or are unable to do that. Like a person with special needs, an autistic person, a person on drugs, a person suffering from a head injury. People in a heated state.
Surely you can see that these situations warrant caution, rather than pretending to be chuck norris and blasting people.
It is really easy for you to say too bad, you should have stopped. Now you get to die.
Same thing with you stubbornly saying no one gets in a car that way. Maybe you don’t but you are going to shoot someone for tripping or reaching for their phone?
You were not there so to come on here and go off saying case closed is pretty dumb.
Should the cops be cautious? Follow procedure? Attempt to de-escalate? Of course. Kill a guy or shoot him 7 times in the back?

Can they be solid without a top pair that can hold their own? It looks like 3 very average pairs to me.

“Why did it all turn out like this for me? I had so much promise. I was personable, I was bright. Oh, maybe not academically speaking, but… I was perceptive. I always know when someone’s uncomfortable at a party. It became very clear to me sitting out there today, that every decision I’ve ever made, in my entire life, has been wrong. My life is the opposite of everything I want it to be. Every instinct I have, in every part of life, be it something to wear, something to eat… It’s all been wrong.”
With those words, George Costanza assessed his life and realized it wasn’t what he wanted it to be. To say the Buffalo Sabres and their fans have reached a similar point would be an understatement. Nearly everything surrounding the team – on and off the ice – for the better part of a decade has been a disaster.
From that point on, Costanza was committed to doing the opposite of whatever his instincts told him to do. For a time, it worked. The Sabres need to adopt that same approach. They’ve already started.
Until now, the organization had never given their general manager a vote of confidence only to fire him three weeks later. They’ve now done that. During this colossal playoff drought, they have always conducted an extensive general manager search and hired one of the leading names in the industry. They didn’t do that in hiring Kevyn Adams. The Sabres have normally butchered their sweater reveals but did not with their new uniforms. - The Hockey Writers
