Yep on the body cam. If it turns up he didn’t have anything, and it was unjustified I hope they prosecute the cops. The biggest issue for me is blue protects blue. That poop has to go. I want bad cops gone. You (frank) up, see ya. But I digress.

I thank you sir for bringing up a name I never even considered in Danault.

He was top 40 this year in even strength points per 60.

He's averaged nearly 60% defensive zone starts the past two years, and 58% the past three seasons.

He averages around 14.5 minutes of even strength ice time per game, roughly 2.5 minutes of penalty kill ice time per game, and a minute per game of power play time.

His defensive metrics are also very good.

He has one year left on his current deal at a $3.08M cap hit, while his actual salary this upcoming season is $3.25M.

I wonder what he would be looking for regarding his next deal, as he will be a UFA after next season. He'll be 28 when he signs that next deal, and if they can trade for him and get him extended quickly, he would be a very nice fit.

I wonder what Montreal would ask for him, as it seems like they are set with Suzuki and Kotkaniemi long term as their top 2 Centers.

not 100% on giving up the 8th overall for him and his metrics aren't the greatest...however, if kagm and rkguru can pull it off for less than that, this might be a pretty formidable top-six:

See the problem with all this ..... video and all

The guy literally didn’t listen to the cops and started walking into his car. If he just listened like normal human beings do.

He would’ve been fine. Instead, he didn’t. Then went into his car for god knows what or tried to drive away

I blame the guy who got shot. He did multiple things wrong.

And gerbe. I can send you a video where the cops couldn’t get a guy pinned down. The guy got into his car pulled a gun and killed 1 cop and shot another.

So I don’t blame the cops for their reaction.
