You don’t. It’s a tough job. If you guess wrong your killed. If you guess wrong other way then your getting charged for murder. clueless people like Gerbe criticizing cops both ways in a split second decision don’t help.
Tons of videos everywhere with cops getting killed by hesitating. But what you hope is someone has less lethal coverage or can use physical force before deadly physical force. without knowing all the facts of this case those cops better be able to say the guy had a gun and threatened them or they should be charged

Don’t think Risto gets tuch, switched to Montour. Can’t have DeMelo and Risto so Risto stays. 2nd for Anderson. Came in just a hair over 75M with a 22 man roster

The cops were responding to a domestic there. The other night the they shot a guy wielding a knife in a store. Some will argue that those acts don’t deserve instant death, but I’ll ask this. Raise your hand if you’ve ever had the cops called on you for a domestic? Or for going crazy with a knife in public? Or the cops called on you in general? Then had the audacity to act hostile towards them? Is that what we’re really fighting for? The right be wilin out in public with a bloodstream full of alcohol and drugs, act hostile towards the police and get positive outcomes?

If 70M really is the number, I would seriously look to move Eichel. Then you can go to Terry and say “you want that 70M, you can’t have guys making 10M on your team” one will blink, and if it means moving Eichel it’s not like we weren’t (frank)ed anyways.

From what I read the guy was tasered and it either didn't work or was not effective
Guy walks to his car while being told to stop, doesn't listen and gets shot
7 times is alot but if he was tasered and not listening to orders and goes to a car and you don't know what they are going to do or get well they aren't going to let you drive off
The other day guy at gas station with a knife was tasered but nothing, goes towards a shop with people inside......you going to let a guy with a knife go inside and potentially hold people for ransom or kill people or take the threat out and ask questions later?
You can trust cops in the vast majority of cases with most being good people who are there to help
But you let the news dictate that all cops are bad because they will only show the bad side
Yes we all know that there are bad cops, but to say all cops are bad or corrupt is just baseless
