I agree. Seems like they were "too tight." You saying they need to unclench is how I felt as well.

First game in a seven game series so it's all about the adjustments. The first two rounds, they showed they can adapt. Let's see if they can do it against a step up in competition.

Lets see what the boys do next game. We all know we are in tough in this series and not one person even us fan boys said we think we will dominate.

I am enjoying the hockey win or lose but as I said a few times now I hope they are using this as an audition to see what they need to do next.

I’m really hoping TT comes back soon to give them better depth — Vegas is strong on all their lines. They’ll settle in a bit and make adjustments. I expect a much better game tomorrow.

With their speed and size, I agree that putting in Bailey or Zack would be a good choice to help counteract that. Fresh legs against a rested team. Going to have to get our forecheck working to cause some problems.

Eriksson is really showing his age . He is not doing a lot and maybe a bigger body may be harder for Vegas to defend. I am not talking toughness because we are not in the same league as them.

That's the beauty of having no expectations in the playoff's. Every win is a bonus, if they can somehow come out of this series it would be amazing. If they don't, it's been a successful season. Fix a few things and try again.
