I’m shutting out the Jack stuff until it happens because I can’t let myself get my hopes up for something that doesn’t make sense at all. Leafs have a cap crunch and Dubas is smarter than that.

Either way, Kap is a great fit and one of the top realistic targets we could ask for. Contract fits nicely. Let’s see what we have up.

I’m shutting out the Jack stuff until it happens because I can’t let myself get my hopes up for something that doesn’t make sense at all. Leafs have a cap crunch and Dubas is smarter than that.

Either way, Kap is a great fit and one of the top realistic targets we could ask for. Contract fits nicely. Let’s see what we have up.

I've been a staunch defender of keeping the 15, but if it gets us Kapanen and offloads JJ, I dont think id complain.

Idk about this^^ unless the team really knows we have some players coming up who will stick.

Kapanen might be a good get but unless it’s ridding them of JJ it’s pointless. I’ve been trying not to harp on his anti-value to the team but it’s so glaring I’ve lost excitement in any other moves JR will be making until he addresses it.

Coming right off of JR yapping about the goalie offers he has received.... could be. If they just hate Anderson, I'd even take him back in the trade. High salary for what he is but only one year.
