Yeah, plus just one season left on his contract. If he does well you bring him back cheap/short term.

Buchnevich, Carolina first, next years first (protected) Nils Lundkvist and the Rangers take back Stepan(salary retained).

You can send Strome into the sun and you have two C's coming back into the lineup. Stepan is a shutdown C with scoring ability.

I want the Rangers to take Lafrenière. Anything else will be a letdown.
