Add a partner and you can burn some cals...but come on. Biking? Rollerblading? Skiing? (frank) even golf? There's a ton of activity out there. Amongst other things I do love lifting, so that helps from my end

yeah I agree abs are mostly about body fat % and nutrition. that's why I have some definition but I've never had that chiseled 6 pack since I'm too lazy to stick to a very strict diet plan

Ab models will tell you it isn't worth it. It's a masskve sacrifice. Having your body fat percentage that low for that long can also have negative hormonal effects. People need to know their why and I often point out how rare others will see you shirtless. Workout to build a body that looks good in a t shirt if it's for aesthetic reasons, don't worry about the beach body...odds are you don't have the genetics for it anyway

In all seriousness, if it was deemed something they "should" or "want" to do, I could see Poehling, Juulsen, Alzner for salary parity and likely 16th OA this year. Probably take another decent asset but with a flat cap and all that it's hard to value guys on expensive contracts
