I was really hoping AV was gonna stick it out with Giroux, JvR and Laughton. I expect such a line to be much more impactful than Giroux playing with Grant and Aube-Kubel. At some point, you gotta allow the veteran stars to work things out among themselves.

Yeah, putting Giroux with those two did nothing to get him going. That said I need to see another gear out of G. Everyone watching the game knows where he’s trying to score from on the PP. And if he’s not on the PP he’s just kind of not noticeable.
