It's the stamina and the initial burst that he doesnt have.

Well that and he sucks defensively, but I think thats due in a large part to his slow first stride and bad lateral movement

Coaches are conservative by nature. Give them the choice between casey for 15 mins a night or the Larrys and they'll take the larrys 11/10 times.
